As a potential Social Media Manager at Walter, you could be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Creating and managing engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitoring social media channels, engaging with the audience, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyzing social media performance metrics and optimizing content based on insights.
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance marketing campaigns through social media.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Running paid social media campaigns to increase content reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a marketing or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and measure success.
