What You’ll Do:
As an IT Architect at Enel, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the enterprise architecture for Demand Response systems. You will define microservice boundaries, establish technical standards, lead architectural reviews, and guide development teams. Ensuring regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.) will also be a critical aspect of this role. You’ll evaluate emerging technologies and promote solutions that drive innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a proven track record in large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in API gateway patterns, service mesh, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, containers).
- Strong understanding of security patterns, compliance frameworks, integration protocols (REST, gRPC, messaging), and observability solutions.
- Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), domain-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team.
- A proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
