XM is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Arabic-speaking Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Actively engaging with new client leads and nurturing potential clients.
- Providing exceptional service by promptly addressing client inquiries.
- Analyzing individual client portfolios and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Staying informed about XM’s latest products, promotions, and terms and conditions, and effectively communicating these to clients.
- Adhering to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures.
- Contributing to system enhancements through feedback and suggestions.
- Working collaboratively with the Client Relations team to achieve business development goals.
- Cooperating effectively with other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Prior client handling experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Native fluency in Arabic and excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Valid work permit required.
