LeadSimple, a leading SaaS provider for the property management industry, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Remote Account Executive to join our growing team. We empower property managers to streamline operations, improve tenant satisfaction, and drive growth through our comprehensive CRM, workflow automation, and centralized communication platform.
About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on small-to-mid-market and enterprise property management businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and demonstrating how LeadSimple’s solutions deliver efficiency and profitability. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
- Prospect for new leads and conduct discovery calls to identify client needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos showcasing LeadSimple’s value proposition.
- Tailor solutions to address each client’s unique challenges.
- Leverage industry knowledge to position LeadSimple against competitors.
- Contribute to refining sales processes and sharing best practices.
- Represent LeadSimple at industry events (virtual and in-person).
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience (4+ years in SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling to SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in property management technology or workflow automation software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
