About the Role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at WEVO, you will be a key member of our growth team, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their success with the WEVO platform, and driving growth in their usage and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with enterprise customers to support their user research initiatives.
- Onboard and train customer teams on the WEVO platform.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Develop and execute success plans for Tier 1 & 2 customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and support issues.
- Monitor account health metrics (adoption, active users, etc.) and implement data-driven interventions.
- Gather and analyze customer use case and value realization data.
- Share customer insights with the product team to influence product strategy.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management at a SaaS company, with a focus on enterprise clients (minimum $500M in revenue).
- Proven experience in UX research, website testing/optimization, or digital marketing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English.
