Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote High-Ticket Sales Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into clients for our “Clients By Design” coaching program. You will utilize a consultative sales approach, conducting engaging and impactful Zoom calls to understand prospective clients’ needs and demonstrate how our program can transform their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Sales: Conduct high-quality sales calls to qualify leads, understand their challenges, and present our coaching program as a tailored solution.
• Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the founder to continuously refine and improve our sales process, aiming to increase conversion rates and enhance the client experience.
• Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed monthly targets for call volume, show rates, and close rates.
• Client Qualification: Accurately determine if a prospect is a good fit for the program.

What Success Looks Like:

• Ramp up to and consistently maintain 65+ completed sales calls per month with a 20%+ close rate.
• Achieve progressive monthly sales targets, demonstrating consistent growth and performance.
• Become a key contributor to the growth of our sales team and potentially advance to a “Director of Sales” role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in online coaching, SaaS, or marketing agencies.
• Exceptional ability to overcome objections and build rapport with prospective clients.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a minimum of $500,000 in sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and meticulous attention to detail in lead management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct engaging and persuasive sales calls.
• Native English speaker.
• Ability to work USA business hours.
• Extroverted personality.
• Understanding of digital marketing.

Compensation:
