What You’ll Do:
As Sr. HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilizing data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
- Talent Management: Developing and implementing talent acquisition and succession plans.
- Organizational Collaboration: Working closely with leadership and other departments.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining HR processes and ensuring compliance.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience across HR verticals, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Excellent coaching, partnering, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- SHRM-CP or CIPD certification preferred.
