Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Research Project Manager to join their Global Business Services (GBS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving ADCB’s strategy, growth, and digital evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead customer research projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Design and execute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Manage internal programs such as iNPS and eNPS.
- Conduct user experience research for digital transformation projects.
- Select and manage vendors for research projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Quality Management, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in customer research, including quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience with usability testing, user experience research, focus group moderation, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of banking/finance and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
