About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with current customers, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing 3M material solutions for customer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with current customers.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Identify and implement 3M material solutions for customer applications.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Report on market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance.
- Collaborate with other sales account managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Profound sales experience in a technical environment.
- Ability to engage and sell to decision makers.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
- Advanced experience using Salesforce and other sales support software.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
Additional Information:
- Travel: May include up to 80% domestic travel (driver’s license required).
- Sales territory: Netherlands.
