As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to Fios customers for voice, data, and video services.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices.
  • Answering customer tech questions.
  • Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions.
  • Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts.
