What you’ll be doing:
As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to Fios customers for voice, data, and video services.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices.
- Answering customer tech questions.
- Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions.
- Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
- Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts.

Desired qualifications:
- A related Associate Degree or 2+ years’ relevant experience.
- Technical support call center experience.
- Must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the life of the contract.
