As a Technical Project Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships: Forge connections with key decision-makers at enterprises, showcasing the benefits of Apple’s technology.
  • Ensure seamless integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure Apple devices integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure, from security to MDM.
  • Lead successful deployments: Plan and execute large-scale Apple platform rollouts, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
  • Track and optimize: Analyze performance metrics to measure adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
  • Collaborate and support: Partner with both internal and external teams to provide comprehensive support and resources for Apple platform deployments.
  • Drive organizational change: Facilitate a smooth transition to Apple devices, ensuring everyone is informed, engaged, and supported.
  • Manage resources effectively: Allocate people and resources strategically to achieve project objectives.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project management, ideally in IT or enterprise technology.
  • Technical know-how: Understanding of macOS, MDM solutions, security protocols, and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, ability to influence others, and active listening.
  • Relationship building: Ability to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving: Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for bringing structure and clarity.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.

Bonus points for:

  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain
  • Apple certifications
  • Experience with Apple device deployment in enterprise settings
  • Project management software proficiency (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Collaboration tool experience (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom)
  • Documentation and reporting skills (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace)
  • Agile project tracking experience (Azure DevOps, other Agile frameworks)
