Bordeaux, France – TotalEnergies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Service Manager to lead the development and execution of long-term service contracts. About the Role:
The Business Service Manager will be responsible for generating innovative solutions and proposals for long-term service contracts. This includes developing service offerings, negotiating contracts with customers and subcontractors, and implementing new maintenance solutions to improve customer support and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing O&M/OPEX service solutions, with a strong focus on cost optimization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and negotiate O&M/OPEX service solutions for long-term contracts.
- Lead the development of service contracts and negotiations with customers and local service providers.
- Continuously improve the operating cost management tool and services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive service contract growth.
- Generate new solutions and global service offerings.
- Support spare parts consumption monitoring, inventory forecasting, and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to incorporate field feedback into new and existing service offerings.
- Support the development of digital solutions, remote monitoring, and a 24/7 hotline.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Bac + 5 (Master’s degree) in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in writing business proposals.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong cross-functional management experience.
- Experience in ESS project management is a plus.
