About the Role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in the Technology Solutions line of business, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will be responsible for:
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Translating business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Supporting the design, development, and testing of technology solutions
- Ensuring solutions meet business objectives and customer needs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a business systems analyst role
- Strong knowledge of system analysis processes and techniques
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
