What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and improve the Group’s tax risk management system.
- Oversee the implementation of local Tax Control Frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and update control matrices.
- Monitor and implement actions to mitigate tax risks.
- Collaborate with business functions to implement effective tax risk controls.
- Promote tax awareness within the Group.
- Prepare reports for Corporate Governance Bodies.
- Stay informed about tax regulations and legal requirements.
- Manage relationships with the Revenue Agency.
- Develop IT solutions for tax process improvement (Tax digitalization).
- Participate in internal control system projects.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Economics.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of corporate tax and compliance.
- Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
- Project management and digital skills.
- Teamwork oriented and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
