Tata Motors, a leading global automotive manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Area Parts Manager to join our Service Network team. As an Area Parts Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing parts operations for our commercial vehicle business unit (CVBU) in Guwahati.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Parts Operations: Manage and coordinate parts operations for a designated area, ensuring efficient and effective parts supply and distribution.
- Develop Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve parts availability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage Inventory: Optimize parts inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate with Dealers: Work closely with dealers to ensure timely delivery of parts and address any issues related to parts availability or quality.
- Analyze Data: Analyze parts data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop Team: Lead and develop a team of parts professionals to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:
