About the Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist at UniCredit, you will play a crucial role in the full lifecycle of ML solutions, from initial design and data architecture to deployment and maintenance. You will contribute to building core AI assets like feature stores and shared libraries, all within an MLOps framework. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, big data engineering, and cloud-native AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data products using advanced ML and big data techniques.
- Define data architectures and pipelines for scalable AI solutions.
- Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain centralized AI assets (feature stores, shared libraries).
- Integrate and manage ML solutions within the MLOps framework.
Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or ML Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and big data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ML and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with data platforms (Databricks, Foundry, Dataiku, etc.).
- Expertise in MLOps frameworks and cloud-native AI services (MLFlow, Azure Pipelines, Jupyter Notebooks).
- Passion for analyzing and transforming banking processes with AI.
