Job Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance to the ECP on all matters related to election laws, constitutional law, and procedural laws.
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
- Conducting legal research and analysis on election-related issues.
- Representing the ECP in court cases and legal proceedings.
- Overseeing and managing the legal team within the ECP.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in election law and relevant legal precedents.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of legal reforms for elections.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLM preferred) from a recognized university.
- At least seven years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with a minimum of five years spent practicing in the High Court.
- In-depth knowledge of the Constitution of Pakistan, Election Laws, and Procedural Laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Up to 35 years old (relaxable in special cases).

- Place of Posting: Quetta (liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan)
