Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across Hilton’s properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine quality assurance evaluations
- Addressing inquiries and communications from internal stakeholders
- Monitoring travel expenses and ensuring compliance with budget guidelines
- Participating in consistency exercises and other departmental activities
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure brand standard compliance and resolve issues
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in hotel operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a Full-Service Hotel
- Valid Driver’s License
- Extensive travel (approximately 90%)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in a foreign language
- Food Safety certification
- Project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills
