What You’ll Do:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Product Vision: Develop and promote a clear vision for the Procurement product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Procurement products.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure product success.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard product development and delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Secure necessary investments and resources to support product development and growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • SAP Proficiency: 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP functional modules, including SAP ARIBA Suite, SAP procurement, S4 Hana, SAP Lean catalogues, SAP MM, and AI tools.
  • Vendor Management: Strong knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, and collaboration.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication within cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: A self-organized approach with strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency: Fluency in written and verbal English.
