In this exciting role, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials for biopharmaceutical companies. You’ll collaborate with sponsors, oversee project activities, and ensure successful completion within budget, timeline, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage RWE (Real-World Evidence) clinical trials for biopharmaceutical companies
- Spearhead project activities, ensuring deliverables align with overall program strategy and mitigate risks
- Serve as the central point of contact for sponsors and internal teams
- Participate in bid defenses, crafting compelling presentations with the Business Development team
- Manage project finances, collaborating with the Director of Finance, RWE Clinical Trials
- Identify and manage changes in project scope, ensuring adherence to established processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
- Champion continuous improvement, proactively identifying solutions to streamline processes

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in clinical research and project management (or equivalent experience with a High School diploma/GED)
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent communication skills
- Possesses a strong understanding of RWE for clinical trials
- Demonstrates knowledge of EDC systems, EMR/Health Record experience, and hybrid trial technologies
- Is well-versed in clinical trial regulations (GCP and ICH guidelines)
- Has a proven track record of delivering results and managing project finances
- Can effectively lead and motivate teams
- Possesses at least 1 year of leadership experience (direct, indirect, or cross-functional)
Bonus points if you have:
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience
- Residency in Chicago or Boston (though not mandatory)
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $89,010 – $148,200 plus bonus. You’ll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
