Role Overview:
The Business Support Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Sales and Support teams. The position involves processing new business applications, managing New-to-Bank (NTB) agreements, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS). The officer will also act as a key liaison between internal operations teams and external providers, ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process new business applications to improve turnaround time.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Sales and Support teams.
- Manage NTB agreements, Service Requests (SROs), and Query Data Entries (QDE).
- Maintain and update MIS for daily monitoring and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal process controls and bank policies.
- Address and resolve customer and stakeholder complaints promptly.
- Drive process improvements and enhance product knowledge.
- Function within the organization’s governance framework.
Ideal Candidate:

- A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
