Job Responsibilities:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of Savola Group’s food products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing Quality Issues: Identifying potential causes for product defects and quality lapses, such as process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
- Implementing Quality Strategies: Developing and implementing plans to ensure the production of safe and high-quality food products.
- Conducting Inspections: Regularly inspecting facilities, equipment, products, and production lines to verify compliance with safety regulations and health standards.
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Investigating and resolving technical faults or practices that may impact the operation of laboratory equipment.
- Promoting Quality Culture: Participating in quality management system reviews and fostering a strong quality and food safety culture among all personnel.
- Verifying Quality Records: Ensuring that sampling documentation, testing activities, and procedures align with established protocols to identify any discrepancies.
- Reviewing Quality Control Data: Examining quality control records, test results, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
