The Pakistan Navy is inviting applications from qualified male and female candidates for the position of Canton Instructor on a contract basis at PNS Karsaz, Karachi.
Job Description
The Canton Instructor will be responsible for providing academic instruction to cadets at the Pakistan Navy’s Officer Training School. Successful candidates will have a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to the development of future naval officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering lectures and conducting tutorials on various subjects related to naval science and leadership.
- Preparing and grading assignments and exams.
- Providing academic guidance and mentorship to cadets.
- Participating in extracurricular activities and events.
- Contributing to the overall development and well-being of cadets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Science or Commerce.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young people.
Additional Requirements
- Age: Not more than 35 years
- Pakistani citizenship
