Reliance Industries Limited, a leading global energy and petrochemicals company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Subsea Tie-in Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in subsea engineering, with a deep understanding of subsea tie-in systems, ROV tooling, and offshore installation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage work packages for single and multi-bore connection systems and ROV tooling throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to the operations and maintenance team, ensuring smooth functioning of subsea systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with various cross-functional teams within the company to ensure seamless project execution.
- Scope and Contract Oversight: Coordinate and manage the Master Equipment List (MEL) and Material Take-Off (MTO) for subsea hardware packages.
- Vendor Management: Participate in vendor selection, document review, and drawing reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in capital project execution, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of subsea production systems, subsea hardware, and control systems.
- Experience in project management, engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Familiarity with subsea design and installation processes, including deepwater and ultra-deepwater developments.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
