The Management Trainee Program is open to female graduates with degrees in the following disciplines:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 26 years
- Minimum CGPA: 2.50 (or 1st Division with 60% or above if CGPA not available)
- Only applications from candidates who have completed their qualifying degree by the closing date (October 21, 2024) will be considered.

- A written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their designated centers.
