What You Will Do
Depending on the specific role, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and maintaining database environments (SQL Server or Oracle)

- Providing technical support for online banking, mobile apps, ATMs, and other electronic platforms
- Resolving customer complaints and issues related to Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC)
