Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled System Technologist to join their Emergency Call Handling Support Department. This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from either Texas or Illinois.

About the Role:

As a System Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s 911 call taking and dispatch solutions. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced technical support for public safety software solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and escalating them as needed
  • Working with customers to resolve issues remotely
  • Collaborating with DevOps, Engineering, and Field Service teams

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking fundamentals, and telephony hardware
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications and diagnosing complex systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
