Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled System Technologist to join their Emergency Call Handling Support Department. This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from either Texas or Illinois.
About the Role:
As a System Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s 911 call taking and dispatch solutions. You will be responsible for:
- Providing advanced technical support for public safety software solutions
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and escalating them as needed
- Working with customers to resolve issues remotely
- Collaborating with DevOps, Engineering, and Field Service teams
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking fundamentals, and telephony hardware
- Experience troubleshooting software applications and diagnosing complex systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
