Lithia, FL – Mosaic, a leading global provider of phosphate and potash crop nutrients, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead its Technical Services team. The role, which offers a competitive salary and benefits package, will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and maintenance of the organization’s server infrastructure, with a focus on Azure cloud services.

The Senior IT Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Mosaic’s IT infrastructure aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of server management, database management, hybrid cloud environments, end user computing, and enterprise technology. They will also have a proven track record of leading and managing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a technical team.
  • Experience with planning, implementing, and managing an operating budget.
  • Experience with negotiating and evaluating complex service and/or operational level agreements.
  • Strong understanding of client and server hardware and software technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the chemical or mining industries.
  • Agile Kanban management experience.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Safe Agile Certification.
