Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Local Trainee Program, candidates must:
- Recent Graduate: Have graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Finance/Accounting, or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Local Resident: Hold a domicile of Karak, Kohat, or Hangu district.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Be proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of two stages:
- Written Test: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take a written test to assess their knowledge and aptitude.
