The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) seeks talented policy analysts to join our team in Washington, DC. MACPAC is a non-partisan legislative branch agency that provides policy and data analysis to Congress on the Medicaid and CHIP programs.

As a policy analyst, you will conduct research and analysis on critical issues affecting these vital programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to policy development and make a real difference in the lives of millions of Americans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on Medicaid and CHIP policy issues
• Develop policy options and recommendations
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred
• Knowledge and expertise in Medicaid and CHIP policy
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
