Mashreqbank is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Deposits & Employee Banking team in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Description:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, with a focus on liability products for the Emirati and Islamic segments. The candidate will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and supporting them with any service-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence
- Maintain close contact and relationships with clients
- Proactively solicit and manage businesses
- Deliver agreed liabilities numbers and significant cross-sell of other products of the bank
- Intra-organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients
- Work closely with all product and channel partners
- Ensure that the credit risk on account of facilities execution
- Ensure compliance requirements for the relationships are adhered to
- Self-starter to ensure consistency in productivity and performance
Qualifications:
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, likeable personality, verbal and written skills
- Strong knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking
- Graduate and have experience in Sales & Marketing with 7-10 plus years banking sales experience
