Responsibilities:
- Optimize CNG/LPG/Gasoline engines to achieve demanding emission, mileage, and driveability targets.
- Conduct vehicle calibration activities, including emission development, drivability enhancements, and environmental corrections.
- Ensure robustness and homologation of engines for type approval.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on engineering objectives.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues through rigorous problem-solving methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of engine development validation plans (DVP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on SI engine calibration.
- Proficiency in INCA calibration tools and combustion pressure analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with techniques like Global 8D.
