Job Description
Petro Rabigh is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician (PCS) DCS to join our team in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance and repair of automation and control systems (DCS/PLC/SIS) in the petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform high-level skilled diagnosis and repair of automation and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate field automation and control systems.
- Liaise with field planners and material control to schedule work and obtain resources.
- Analyze problems and determine root causes of faulty equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on automation systems.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Prepare reports on faulty equipment and action taken.
- Provide coaching and supervision to lower-level technicians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 15 years of experience or Diploma with 14 years of experience in a refining and petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics and repair methods for automation and control systems.
- Good knowledge of international maintenance standards and best practices.
