Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of grants related to neuroscience research.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Collaborating with the DON Associate Director on staffing, recruitment, and professional development initiatives.
- Fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience as a GS-14 or GS-15 Health Science Administrator, preferably within NINDS.
- Familiarity with NIH grants policies and application management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop effective teams.
