HR, Admin & Finance Executive:
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain BIC financial records and bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Coordinate all BIC purchases and procurements.
- Manage BIC assets.
- Manage office administration tasks.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
- One year of experience in a reputable organization (preferred).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
Business Development Executive:
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure incubatees’ engagement with the training program.
- Implement the BIC’s marketing strategy.
- Assist incubatees in financial planning, reporting, and evaluation of benefits and return on investment.
- Develop new business opportunities through entrepreneur, commercial, and/or knowledge exchanges for startups.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
- One year of experience in a reputable organization (preferred).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
