| Chief Manager Terminal | * Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical), preferably in Electrical Engineering, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a refinery, fertilizer, petrochemical/gas plant/terminal. Working experience on an LPG Terminal will be an advantage. * Fully understand and demonstrate different functions of OGRA/LPG and Explosive department. * Practices NFPA 58 (industry benchmark for safe LP-Gas storage, handling, transportation, and use). * Sound knowledge of Maintenance Management System, HSEQ, Costing & Estimation, Spare parts & Inventory Management, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability & Condition Monitoring, Planning & Organization. |
| Chief Manager Procurement | * Master’s degree or MBA in Business or Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Finance. * Minimum eight (8) years’ experience in procurement & supply chain management, including three years of managerial experience. * Comprehensive knowledge of modern principles and practices of procurement and supply-chain management. * Comprehensive knowledge of PPRA Rules & Regulations (preference given to candidates with experience in Public Sector Companies). * Considerable knowledge of contract law, purchasing, and vendor management. |
| IT ERP Administration/ Chief Manager | * BS/BE or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer/Electronic Engineering from a PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) recognized institute. * Minimum 10 years (Bachelor’s) or 6 years (Master’s) experience working in ERP Applications. * Manage, maintain, and deliver the company’s ERP & supporting applications smoothly.
