Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Operations: Oversee and drive sales growth for B2B operations, including Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC), Information Display (ID), and Information Technology (IT) product solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with sales partners and contractors to expand market share and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies to grow the market share of CAC, ID, and IT product portfolios.
- Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with partners to forecast sales, projects, timelines, and inventory, ensuring revenue targets and factory inventory goals are met.
- Lead Generation and Networking: Identify and pursue business opportunities, leveraging existing contacts and building new relationships through strategic networking.
- Product Expertise: Master product knowledge to effectively recommend, detail, and market product solutions.
- Team Development: Educate and empower AMX sales engineers, key accounts, contractors, and partners on product attributes, advantages, and sales methodologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10-13 years of experience in sales and technical roles, with a focus on technology systems and product solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in technical sales, preferably in industries related to VRF, packaged and room air conditioning, ID, or similar fields.
- Key Account Management: Experience in managing and growing key accounts in sectors like hospitality, retail, education, and corporate environments.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to comprehend complex technical information and communicate it effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management and the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
