You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide timely and effective support, and contribute to the overall success of our business. What You’ll Do:
- Manage relationships between clients, internal departments, and correspondents
- Ensure strict adherence to group, Central Bank rules, and regulations
- Meet Service Level Agreements and key control standards
- Provide timely and accurate complaint resolution
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Follow up with problem owners for timely resolution
- Adhere to the escalation matrix
- Update CEMS for accurate resolution tracking
- Apply communication standards, empowerment, and delegation matrix
- Participate in team meetings, discussions, and change initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Mohtasib Pakistan, and internal departments
