Bupa Arabia Seeks Senior Executive Manager for Mega Accounts & VIP Customer Care

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – Bupa Arabia, a leading cooperative insurance company, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Manager to oversee their Mega Accounts & VIP Customer Care department. This strategic role will be instrumental in driving exceptional customer service and ensuring the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Strategy Execution:
    • Actively participate in defining and implementing the organization’s service strategy, encompassing both general service and customer service aspects.
    • Set objectives for the call center’s daily operations and analyze call center statistics to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Establish customer service standards, KPIs, and benchmarks to ensure industry-leading performance.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Foster strong cross-organizational relationships to align with company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Care Management:
    • Manage forecasted activities, including call volume, caseload, and customer traffic.
    • Identify technology and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Effectively manage the customer service budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Distribute customer service accountabilities to the team to ensure fair workload distribution.
  • Project Management:
    • Support the company’s product design and launch efforts to ensure seamless integration with the service strategy.
    • Drive transformation and continuous service improvement through projects and initiatives related to regulatory complaints.
    • Identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and streamline processes.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service operations management, hospital management, supply chain, and procurement.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
  • Strong planning, execution, and organizational capabilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset combined with commercial acumen.
