As a Web Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites. Key Responsibilities
- Visual Design:
- Create visually appealing and engaging website designs that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
- Develop wireframes and mockups to visualize the layout and structure of web pages.
- Ensure that designs are consistent with established brand guidelines and style standards.
- User Interface (UI) Design:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that facilitate navigation and interaction.
- Optimize website layouts for different screen sizes and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct usability testing to identify and address design flaws.
- User Experience (UX) Design:
- Understand user needs and behavior to create websites that provide a positive user experience.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of design elements and make data-driven improvements.
- Graphic Design:
- Create original graphic elements, such as logos, icons, and illustrations, to enhance the visual appeal of websites.
- Select and utilize appropriate fonts, colors, and imagery to create a cohesive and visually appealing design.
- Web Standards and Accessibility:
- Adhere to web standards (e.g., HTML5, CSS3) to ensure compatibility with different browsers and devices.

- Collaboration with Team Members:

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
