Technical Content Creator & Customer Training Specialist

As a Technical Content Creator & Customer Training Specialist, you’ll empower our customers by transforming complex technical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand resources. You’ll create user guides, videos, and training materials that help our customers get the most out of Files.com.

What you’ll do:

• Write and maintain public-facing technical documentation, including user guides, tutorials, and white papers.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand our platform inside and out.
• Develop engaging training materials that make complex topics easy to grasp.
• Identify gaps in our existing documentation and proactively create new resources.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in technical communication and content creation.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A knack for making complex topics easy to understand.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the tech industry.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud technologies.
• A background in content marketing or product adoption.
