About the Role:
As a Solutions Engineer at Pagos.ai, you will be a key player in the customer acquisition lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation. You will engage directly with clients, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and innovation. Collaborating closely with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams, you will leverage collective expertise to enhance product offerings and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full customer acquisition lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation.
- Deliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations, fostering customer engagement and adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pagos products and a trusted payments solution advisor.
- Manage the pre-sales delivery process, including documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer, using feedback and data insights to inform roadmap and prioritization planning.
- Partner with Account Management to support product adoption expansion within existing customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, consultative pre-sales role, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while navigating technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements, update documentation, and gather feedback from diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of and experience with APIs/SDKs, and the ability to communicate and demonstrate API product implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fintech and/or payment solutions.
- Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed startups.
- Experience with data analytics or data visualization platforms.
