We’re seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic, fully remote team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge decentralized identity solutions. What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software using Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
- Collaborate with fellow engineers in a remote-first, agile environment
- Contribute to the evolution of our innovative verifiable data technology
- Enjoy the flexibility and benefits of a remote work setting
What you’ll bring:
- Strong JavaScript expertise and extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
- Proficiency with essential development tools like Git, Docker, and Bash
- A solid understanding of cryptography fundamentals
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the US.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with blockchain principles, verifiable credentials, or SSID
- Open-source software contributions
- Experience with WebSockets, RESTful APIs, and state management
- Comfort working in Linux/Unix environments
