About the Role:
The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of storytelling, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality video content. You will be a key player in the post-production process, collaborating with producers and directors to bring creative visions to life.
Responsibilities:
- Ingest, organize, and manage raw 4K footage and video assets.
- Execute expert-level video editing, color correction, and sound mixing, ensuring alignment with brand style and standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks prior to final export.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Adobe Premiere Pro and related software.
- Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Encode and export finalized projects to meet technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, professional video editing environment.
- Proven experience editing unscripted content, including reality TV and documentaries.
- 2+ years of proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 2+ years of experience in professional color grading.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your editing and color grading expertise.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other editing software (Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with virtual production techniques.
