Drive Innovation, Shape the Future: As a Senior Data Scientist at Constellation, you’ll be instrumental in developing innovative data science solutions. You’ll explore complex datasets, build advanced machine learning models (including Deep Learning and Generative Modeling), and make key architectural decisions. Your expertise will set new paradigms while you mentor junior team members, elevating the team’s capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models, including expertise in Deep Learning and Generative Modeling.
- Translate business requirements into effective data science solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data analysts, and other data scientists.
- Communicate key findings and models to clients, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain ETL processes and build insightful data visualizations.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
What You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of professional experience in data science or development.
- Strong proficiency in Scikit-learn, PyMC3, Tensorflow, and PyTorch.
- Required: Background in the automotive industry.
- Required: Experience with Deep Learning (Generative modeling) and recommendation engines.
- Expertise in Python (Pandas), SQL, and database management.
- Ability to fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, Batch, SageMaker).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Kaggle competition participation is a plus.
