About the Role:

As an early stage sales hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory, working closely with senior sales leadership and a dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute directly to the company’s success as we scale from $3M to $12M in ARR over the next two years.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their needs, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, leveraging a multi-channel approach including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including (but not subject to) 200 emails, 600 cold calls, and 100 LinkedIn messages per week.
  • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Articulate UserEvidence’s value proposition and tailor messaging to resonate with individual prospects.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives to further engage qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging.
  • Meticulously document all activities and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of sales processes.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A coachable attitude and a willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
  • A passion for technology and an understanding of the SaaS landscape is a plus.
