Join Hygraph, a leading innovator in the Headless Content Management System (CMS) space, and play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in generating new revenue pipelines by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential mid-market and enterprise clients across diverse industries. Reporting directly to our Director of Sales, you will leverage your prospecting expertise to initiate meaningful conversations and secure valuable meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound strategies through cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual/in-person events to cultivate qualified leads.
- Inbound Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert inbound leads, diversifying your pipeline and contributing to overall sales growth.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact, conveying enthusiasm and expertise to captivate prospective clients and drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborative Sales Approach: Partner with Account Executives to identify and pursue qualified leads, maintaining a high level of daily activity and engagement.
- Needs Analysis: Actively listen to and understand prospect needs, articulating how Hygraph’s solutions deliver tangible value.
- Pain Point Resolution: Identify and address underlying prospect challenges, effectively converting prospects into qualified demos and meetings.
- Pipeline Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, consistently exceeding monthly targets for high-quality opportunities.
Your Growth Trajectory:
- Initial Onboarding: Immerse yourself in Hygraph’s culture and processes through comprehensive training with our Head of Sales Enablement and Director of Sales.
- Skill Development: Progress through a structured training program, mastering prospecting techniques, lead management, and effective messaging.
- Performance Excellence: Transition into executing core responsibilities, driving pipeline growth and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High energy, passion, and enthusiasm for sales.
- A strong interest in technology and a drive to sell innovative products.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to exceed goals.
- A proactive and tenacious approach to prospecting.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish or French.
- Experience with HubSpot, Lusha, or other prospecting tools.
