We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at consultative selling, and be adept at understanding client needs to propose effective solutions. As a remote team member, you must be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (research, networking, inbound inquiries, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients’ challenges, objectives, and requirements.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the company’s products/services clearly and effectively through virtual presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and successfully close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to sales management.
  • Effectively manage time, tasks, and communication in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B or B2C sales role, preferably in a consultative capacity 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered.
