LeadSimple, a leading SaaS provider for the property management industry, seeks a driven and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to optimize our revenue-generating functions (sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success). This remote role (US-based) is crucial for aligning these departments, streamlining processes, and driving revenue growth through data analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Analyze sales funnels, identify performance gaps, and forecast revenue.
  • Manage and maintain the sales and marketing tech stack, including business case preparation, integration, rollout, and training.
  • Create and deliver insightful reports on key performance indicators (MQLs, SQLs, PS, MRR, win rates, etc.) across the sales funnel.
  • Support sales team members, particularly those in remote inside sales roles.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to channel growth and attrition reporting.
  • Streamline sales processes and recommend improvements.
  • Manage the monthly sales performance reporting and commission process.
  • Build and maintain a centralized sales hub (e.g., in Notion) for processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment with SDR/BDR and AE teams.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (required).
  • Proven ability to analyze sales funnels, identify opportunities, and forecast revenue.
  • Experience with sales and marketing tech stack architecture, integration, and training.
  • Experience supporting remote inside sales teams.
  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, and customer success).
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Preference for SaaS, property management, or real estate industry experience.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between strategic planning and tactical execution.
