Role Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of our platform to potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations: Present compelling demos of PR Volt’s platform, highlighting its features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Track and report sales performance: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or marketing technology industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and other productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Asana).
  • Knowledge of the PR industry and digital marketing is a plus.
